Gardenia Glamour society in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is a nightmare to buyers. They have done lots of false promises at the time of booking. Possession for phase 1 was to be done by March’11 with a 3 months grace period and Rs 10/sqft/month penalty after that. Lots of construction work is still going on for this phase. They have started giving possession by November’11 amid lots of construction work. They are not giving penalty by giving unjustified reasons. Construction quality is very poor and the electrical equipments given are a way substandard. In the agreement they have promised to provide a 1.5 ton AC but now providing 1.25 ton AC that to of a year old and without remote.
I will suggest buyers not to go with this builder(Gardenia India). They do lots of false promises and possession is never on time.
