I didnt know about this brand but looking at the pricing and attractive looks I bought it and didnt think much of it. I will say honestly that the watch was really good in terms of features built and design and I was impressed with it and didnt had any problems.
The problem arrived after 3 months when it started giving issues like not connecting to Bluetooth device and also display was not responding many times and I had to restart it again.
But after restarting it started having battery issues. If I would restart it it would lose almost 30% of the charge which was not acceptable and I wanted to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
So I contacted Garmin and they said they can only resolve issue If I bring it to the store and I did after travelling 45 km specially for a smartwatch
I was told that it might be having calibration and or some software issues and will be sent to repair after giving 1500.
I asked its in warranty and what for the expenses are to which they said it would be sent to Different place US probably, the repair and everything will be free but have to send it through my expense.
I was shocked how they setup in India if they dont have any service centres and repair centres.
I and to spend further 2000 for it and when I got back it still had Bluetooth connectivity problems.
Having a bad product that didnt lasted a year and no after sales is the reason I cannot recommend it.
