I have an Opel Corsa - the fist corsa in bangalore, so I have experienced Sumeet Motors and Garuda firsthand over four years!
My car was gievn to Garuda for a rear accident job in which the boot portion was really damaged and the rear windscreen was broken.
One year later, I observed RUSTING in the boot area INSIDE the boot. On investigation I realised that GARUDA had NOT EVEN PAINTED AN ENTIRE SECTION OF THE BOOT INSIDE AREA AFTER THE ACCIDENT JOB!
I made them remove the spare tyre in my presence and there were PIECES OGF GLASS FROM THE ACCIDENT STILL THERE!
They had not done a complete job on the denting and painting work.
They had not even removed the spare tyre before doing any work in the boot.
I pointed it out to Garuda and I was told that they would RECTIFY the job!
3, The job card said’’check dickey rusting’’. I argued that it should say ’’rectification job’’. They REFUSED TO MODIFY THE JOB CARD.
and that time they had charged me some 50000 Rs for labour!
I personally, since the past two years service my car at GEEYEM MOTORS ERNAKULAM. They are really what dealers should be like. They also make mistakes, but they do not CHEAT the customer and then also hide it!
So, that is my story - of the first Corsa from Bangalore that is being serviced at COCHIN!
