I am using Garuda from last 1 & half years. I am satisfy with their services. For booking & all other purpose u have to go to Marol Telphone exchange & meet Mr M.A. Sidiqui. He was very co operative. Govt organistion attitude now change. they helful very much. their helpline also solve query.
It is cheap by way of 120 sec charge Rs.1.20. So u are talkative than 1 sec billing. Minimum rent Rs.100 for MTNL landline owner. If heavy user go for Rent Rs 400 & 333 calls free thus it is nil rent.
All phone plus facility free i.e Call forward/divert/three party conference. And main CLIP free where others charge Rs 75. Billing are more transperent. No hidden Cost.
Negative Points : NO SMS FACILITY/ NO ROAMING/ BAD SIGNAL NETWORK IN MUMBAI LOCAL TRAINS.
