This is a review for Garuda Mangalya Sahayi or Garudaonline.com. I had registered with their Bangalore branch for a relative of mine. Initially they said they had lot of suitable alliances in their database and 44 branches across India but I would have to register first with 3000 bucks and if the marriage confirms we would have to pay 20k.
But once registered its about a year now we hardly got any proposals whenever asked they would say they would look back and waiting for response and blah blah but nothing productive. We escalated the issue to their branch in trivandrum and guess what they replied. We know there is a problem with Bangalore Branch as they are new and short of people. We asked them to get us transferred to some other branch they said yes but its again the same story.
On top of all this they have stupid site which is the least user friendly I have ever seen in my life. You simply cannot do anything with access to their site.
So if anyone of you are planning to register please do not pay a single penny upfront ask them to get the proposals and if everything goes fine pay later.
