Sales and services. both are pathetic.
Sales- 1) committed car delivery date was within a month. I got my car after 2 months.
2) committed delivery dates matter only till u pay money. after that u are just’kata hua bakra’
3) if it’s ur 1st car. don’t ever go for Garve Hyundai. or if u still want to go, go with all the knowledge about documents. I did not got insurance endorsement papers and that becauof that my insurance claim was rejected.
Service- 1) if u buy car from Garve Hyundai, don’t ever dare to do servicing from other showrooms. they get hurt. they don’t support u from any work. ur headache is confirmed.
2) for minor accidental insurance claim and repair they kept my car for exact 1 month and 2 days. complaint against them doesn’t matter to them. customer care. regional office pune wherever u complain. dates will get extended.
Staff becomes arrogant and very unprofessional after complaint.
3) I had battery issue, I went there to get it in Warranty. but because I had done servicing at some other showroom. They took 15 days to get my battery. over to that. in that big showroom there was only one standby battery available. that to’dhakka marke start karo.’
Never going to go for Hyundai car next time. alteast not to Garve Hyundai.
