Bad Brand Quality and Poorest Customer Service

I am disappointed with GAS JEANS product quality and customer service, never ever thought my first experience would be this bad.


Got a Green Denim Jeans, could wear it only once and its back pocket started loosing its stitch and same happened with the Front-left side pocket.


I put my complaint to the Store staff and was told that its 1 in 1000 issue and that they can’t do much. they would come back to me - having received a response from Head office/Factory/Bla bla bla. I was made to believe that am the chosen one. I was aghast with staff’s careless customer service and unpolished communication. I was told to leave the Jeans at the store, which I did.


So, it’s been 40 Days(Visited - 08/11/2015) and havent got my denim back. Last when I received a call, was told that it would be repaired and communicated to me.


I mean I made a purchase, went back with an issue. was told’No Big Deal’ and have been waiting for 40 Days for a proper & stisfactory response and that too have to follow up with Staff to get my stuff back. and above have to waste my time doing all this.

It seems it was a huge mistake to trust a brand like GAS. Never ever buy GAS, at least in India
