ACCER - GATEWAY dont buy no after sell service

I have bought a Gateway NV49 laptop from Croma Store at SG highway Ahmedabad, after 6 to 7 months from purchase. The LED is going deem and I can’t see anything in LED.


When I immediate go to Croma, they said that they can’t do anything and I have to take the laptop to gateway/acer service centre. I want to tell u, do not go to Croma they provide worst models of standard Companies to improve their commission and profit, they are not interested in after sell or customer’s real pain, which is directly or indirectly provided by Croma.


I have contacted to local Gateway-Accer service center (Ashtech) they strictly instruct me to first register your complaint online then they will touch or check my laptop, after two to three hours long call waiting on toll free of Accer help desk my complaint registered and then I go to local service center(Ashtech) and provice all my invoice and documents than they take my Laptop and tell me that they will inform me about problem, but that is not done, after two days I have contact (Ashtech)for the problem resolved or not, they inform me that they want Invoice to verify, which is already provided on first day, again I have provide the same, and after one week there is no call received from accer, I have called to service center they informed me that part is requested from accer but not received, this story run till three weeks after three week I got local accer office number from them, I have called them  and there is Mr. Paresh hear my all problem and give me answer he’ll check and inform me on my cell no he take my cell no. after another one week I have called sevice center they informed me that the part is intended but not working in your laptop, now we requested for mother board, I m shocked that in six seven month the mother board is failed to support.


I would like to inform you all that beware of ACCER – GATEWAY


From day 12-july-2011 to till date no body support me from Accer  - Gateway and nobody inform me the right solution nor replied me over phone, service center (Ashtech) not give me any answer and Accer local office Mr Paresh and respective person not reply me when ever I call them they replied he is not in office and not at hos desk or he I in luch, in this big Ahmedabad city there is only one person from Accer to hear your problem and he not want to talk with me.


Even today I don’t get my laptop back from them. Till date problem not resolved.


This is not a fake review I will provide all the real Acer Case ID and Ashtech service center call ID to any body want for reference.
