I booked a room thru yatra.com n checked in on 6.9.23..aftr reaching the hotel i really liked everything n immediately Requested the staff to extend my stay till 10.9.23...but reception staff bluntly refused to do so... saying tht..they are permitted to take only online booking n NO direct booking..when i tried to book it online.. suddenly the price went up n was showing 4500/- per night..hnc I cud, nt do it..sadly wth very heavy heart i checked out on 7.9.23 n shifted to other hotel n stayed in massorrie till 10.9.23. Ths experience was disappointing..I request Property owner to take both online n direct room bookings.. Customers wud be more happy.
