I booked a pickup from bhubaneswar around 10am and was told that they would pickup between 2-6pm. Their person calls us at 5pm and tells that he cannot come today. I requested him to pickup anytime till late night that dasy, as it was very urgent.
The person refused. Customer care gave me ph no. of 1 person to contact with. They never responded. The complete process repeated the next day and they never came to pickup. Finally I had to send my stuff thru another courier.
Seems they don’t want business!
