Worst courier services - Doc Number 543673799

Worst, unprofessional, irresponsible & careless courier services I have ever experienced in my life.

I had ordered a LED TV from Snapdeal which was unfortunately dispatched through Gati Courier Services(Doc number 543673799) on 11th May from Jaipur to Mumbai.

But the courier is roaming all over India.

Jaipur to Delhi. Den Delhi to Bhiwandi

Den Bhiwandi to Banglore

Den Banglore to Bhiwandi

Den Bhiwandi to Panvel

And after all this foolish logistic routing, Gati Supervisor said that the courier is not traceable.

I am still waiting for the delivery. Even Snapdeal people are not taking any severe action on this. Nobody is bothered or concerned about this order.

If I try to reconcile the reasons given by 2 different Gati Customer care executives, then it doesnt match with each other.
