I ordered one item from Paytm app and seller select Gati courier service. Seller dispatched the order on 25 September and I got the Tracking number in my phone, On 27 I thought to check the delivery status I was getting some error I wrote one mail to Gati courier service till know they didn’t reply my mail.
As per the Paytm my product should deliver today. Just know I talk with Gati coustumer service. I aks them where is my product they are like your products reached Delhi today night ya tomorrow it will dispatch for Bangalore I asked them can you tell me delivery date they are like 7 to 10 day’s. That means total 17 to 20 days the will take for delivery. I want to ask which international services take show much time except Gati courier service. I suggest Gati please remove international from your company you are working like village courier service.
I Forget to wrote on 25 September I got to know there is one Gati courier services in India.
I suggest everyone not to choose Gati courier service If they are giving you free of cost service. If you are please forget your products one month or more than that.
