Hi to all.Today I am sharing my personal experience about the Gati Courier service thats provide worst customer service.Before two months I bought the trimmer from the Amazon Shopping website but my product not delivered at the expected delivery date and my product was returened automatically.Day of delivery date I got a message from Gati courier and this message was Your product returned due to required additional address but never before did this happen.I was getting angry at that time and just I was tried contact to the Gati customer care but call not connected.I was very disappointed.Finally I contacted to the amazon customer care and they said that we provide to you better solution of your problem and we will resolved soon.I have waited for 2-5 hours but my problem not solve and finally again I ordered other products.Its staff not good and they are not shortout your problem immediately.I am not recommend for this at any way.
