Extremely disappointed by the service provide by Gati. My Amazon parcel is stuck with them since past one week. Customer care is so rude — on requesting the long pending parcel they simply refuse to deliver it saying it can’t be delivered. They don’t have one point of contact either. Instead of them transferring the call to the appropriate channel they ask you to take down the number and place the call yourself(as if they are doing a favour to us by running this business) Have absolute no empathy despite of them being at mistake.
