Gati is very non company in courier service and I must say bad service ever. Today’s incident that I order earphones from banggood and they delivered order to gati to courier ther parcel to home my tracking number is 666401796 it shows that my parcel is where and in which city yesterdays gati I was track my order and it showed that out of delivery but end of the day parcel not delivered at my home and in his website it shows that parcels delivered. How can it possible that without any confirmation they give the parcel. Whrn I called in customer care after a 30 minutes they received call and says that I wiill lunch your complain and our executive will call and resolved your issue within 24 hours. Very bad service by gati I really disappointed with there services. This is my personal experience and I hope I might be aware of gati courier service. I hope it’s its help you.
