EXTREMELY LOUSY COURIER COPMPANY

Docket number 179017576. MY shipment is in the Gati office since last two days. My delivery address is in GAJRAULA.

I inquired about my shipment they said they have it and will be delivered by evening, next day I called..said will be delivered tomorrow..today is that day and still there is no delivery and they give a LOUSY RESPONSE on tracting details as be;low

26-NOV-2012 12:17 Moradabad Undelivered due to POLITICAL DISTURBANCE/STRIKE AT CONSIGEE END

there is no as such thing in this area!! Totally a pathetic reply irresponsible behavior!!
