My lifes worst mistake by joining Gati Ltd

This is one of the worst companies in India, most unethical and most dirty practices, the top management is the worst so far I have seen. Stupid people managing the company at the top and looting money. Horrible attitude of HR, they are the most employee hostile.


Everyone in that company can join politics, so much of unrest and so much of distrust and distress. Its a company which is rotting inside and sadly they got some Japanese company into their mess. It surely is a sinking ship. I have had one of the worst time of my life with this company, and sincerely will suggest any prospective employee or vendors to stay away from these people, the worst culture too. It cant be imagined how collectively they have such a bad attitude at all times. The top heads actually have no brains its too child like when you interact with any top level person they seem have no vision in their speech nor do they have any functional expertise its just that they are there and the CFO know how to mask and make money for his own benefits. Banks must be told the truth this company is just a bag full of worms or sh**.


The best culture they have built over the years is a** licking well actually .....they do.......absolutely no professionalism it isnt like there is one person who actually cares I mean including everyone people just dont care about a professional approach and ethical practices, just kill the f*****g rant, make money make money and make money to hell with ethics and industry best practices.


Everything they do is a big fraud and its a hell hole. Its amazing how HR Ops Mktg Support Finance every angle is totally covered by the angle of duping the shareholders. All in all a company that is going down and filled with jerks.....a complete congress run govt organization to their core.....corrupt to their souls and worst in attitude
