Waste service don't choose

I have ordered a case for my mobile via Amazon and the seller send it via this waste courier with docket number 553249036.


It will take around two weeks to arrive in district office and hold it their, I complained their customer care, waste customer care. They just say sorry for the inconvenience and give me a complaint number, till now I don’t receive the product.
