Fail To Deliver After Commitment

I bought a product from snapdeal.com, they deliver the product via gati, but although today is the assured delivery date they failed to deliver, and they do not have any information about where the product is now.


Now they are saying it will take 4-5 days more to deliver the product. Either they are dumb or do not know what "assured delivery date" means.
