I was to receive an international parcel via Gati couriers, & these people stole the device right inside their warehouse! They remained silent & when I kept asking they said they’ve given police complaint & when police catches the thief they’ll inform me!
But my seller decided to ship again & guess what, Gati asked me to drop the police complaint & I agreed. But they NEVER delivered the second shipment also.Its been more than a week. I guess this second shipment also "got stolen". A lady calls me & says they will fix this but it never happens. Gati has burnt & ate my sleep & happiness for around 10 days by now: I have not heard a courier service whose warehouse could be easily stolen.
NEVER use Gati for expensive items.They are too irresponsible.
