Accessory was stolen

Hi My Docket No is 422980961. We have transported 10 bikes from mandi to Hyderabad thinking Gati will take care of our bikes, but we have received most of the bikes in damaged condition and my bikes LED lights has been stolen.

Till now I heard that by transport your vehicle may damage but for the first time I have seen my accessory missing and also some damages on my bike.Very Disappointing!
