MY courier Assured date with Gati Kwe was 25th December bearing docket number 552818837 from New Delhi to Guwahati.
I still have not received the product and neither is the reply from Gati Customer Care satisfactory. They don’t give any care to our concern.
Everything that I have been hearing from last 3-4 days is that product is in transit from Kolkata. Come on we know how much time does it take in transit.
Very poor staff and the local team of gati in Guwahati is very uncourteous and just keeps on giving one phone number after another.
There is no one point contact and this is the worst courier mess up I have ever faced. Thanks to "GATI".
