I have registered a complaint 3 months back with your people against Complaint Reference No.13566839(Doc.no.426509892). The worst part is I have contacted you people for More than 100 times in mail as well as phone but the outcome is ZERO.
You people have stolen my consignment from the 14 Parcels which I have couried from DELHI to TRICHY. I paid full amount for your courier service and not holding any single penny of your service charge. On the same day of receipt of Consignments I have noticed my consignments are opened and put my word in to your executives on the same time.
I didn’t receive any feedback for a month from you people.
