Still waiting for my parcel

I was supposed to receive a parcel from Yepme.com which was booked through Gatikwe vide docket no 215374298 dated 21 march 2013 which was to be delivered to me by 28 march 2013 but even today , i.e. 11 April 2013 I haven’t received the parcel even after making so many calls to the local gati guys and their customer service who are very impolite and pathetic support.


Their tagline ahead in reach where as it should be ahead in troubling customers and eating away the consignments.


Anyhow, I have decided to lodge a formal complaint at the Customer Forum.
