Gati courier has the worst service. I have had very bad and unprofessional responses from them twice in last one month. The recent substandard response was today when the person, "Praveen" at Mohali (81466538**) who promised to come to pick up my luggage did not turn up. He did not pick up my calls for several hours. Now, he is refusing to come.
I am stuck with all my luggage and it is too late to make alternate arrangements. To make the matter worse, their call center operator "Amir" could not address my problem and did not make me speak to any of his seniors. Their local Chandigarh center coordinator "Shamsher" (81466538**) said he can-not help me at all ! The response by the person "Praveen" was disrespectful and unapologetic. Very very bad show by Gati ! Will recommend everyone NOT to use services of Gati !
