I want share my one of the bad experince with gati courier, I ordered some stuff for my brother’s birthday gift and I was eagerly waiting for it, one day I got a call from courier boy and he said he will deliver the parcel till evening then he called again said you need to come and take the parcel from 6 km far from my location I requested him that it is a home deliver and you can take yout extra delivery charges, but courier boy was so rude to me directly refuse to deliver I complaint many time about the courier guy and no action was taken it shows that how serious they are towards customer’s emotions bad service ever 0 rating.
