The service is such a really very bad. I am repenting my decision of getting my stuff moved through Gati. Nobody knows what’s happening and they charge a bomb for it. Seriously guys, I got my stuff moved from Delhi to Bangalore. I got it loaded at my place in Noida on 31st March. It was supposed to reach Bangalore on 7th April and its been more than 10 days now today.
The only thing customer support says is "sorry for the inconvenience. All our godwans are jammed. we are clearing up the backlogs.and it will be delivered in couple of days." Thats what I have been hearing from them since day one.
So if you want to loose ur stuff(like ur ex gfs stuff) please use Gati. Else use Gati on ur own risk.
I am hoping that they have not sold of my stuff.
