I am wating for a package( docket no 566082941) since 24th Nov, still no sign, but somebody is regularly updating status with "residence closed", "customer requested another date of delivery" etc .
Biggest fruad, gurgaon franchisee or branch manager should be sacked immediately
Call center is also useless, routinely gives false assurance that somebody will call back but nothing is done
Please avoid, avoid specially in Gurgaon
I am not sure why Snapdeal is using such lousy courier
