I have booked luggage from bangalore to patna on 19/06/2010.My docket no is 463075348. It was scheduled to deliver on 25th june. On 25th it was not even near Patna. On 29 it reached patna. But again only 10 cartoon out of 11, which is the status till I am writing this review. Then also they did not delivered at my place I have to go at their warehouse to collect it.
While booking, they told that they will take utmost care for luggage and also aal the packaging will be done by me only not by them. But when their agent came they charged 350 extra for luggage packaging. But two of boxes were broken and luggage inside them broken also. I saw how they handle their luggage. They just throw the boxes from one place to other. they were not using any means of transportation inside their warehouse.
I will not recommend any one to use this service again.
