This GATI is not suit for Courier service. Indian Postal Service is 1000 times better than these waste fellows. Without contacting the Customer these waste fellows update the status as "Customer requested for Alternative date Delivery".
Though the item is in the same city/town these waste fellows keep the item in their goods office for weeks. Even govt offices also work better than these waste services. I don’t know, for what reason people need to pay to these people for Courier. Even if these people do it for free of cost also, no should look at this Courier Service.
