Gati is the worst courier service that I have experienced in my area .
Locality Rudarpur .
So customer service is the is zero in their case and they never pick up calls and whenever they do they simply say we are trying to deliver .
They sent my two parcels back to origin which I was to receive .
The courier boy will never call you and they will update the status as customer not responding .
Staff courtesy is zero in their case .
I wont recommend this service to anyone .
