I am sending this email to you from an extreme distressful mental condition caused to me due to the deceptive and deficient service rendered by your following office at kolkata regarding two consignments - whose reference nos are mentioned below. Finally, I have been advised by one of your toll free no. 1800-180-4284 officers to send this email to customtakeouterService@gati.com.
Meanwhile, I am running irreparable financial losses due to non receipt of said consignments. The following consignments were sent on 24 May 2011 by the following Consignor, accordingly, these were reached to Gati’s 10, Nazrul Islam Avenue office but they have not delivered these consignments to the Consignee till date.
After passing of 15 days from the date of sending said consignments, I have contacted the following Consignor, who after verification of the details, given me special Consignment Reference Numbers and asked me to probe with your said 10, Nazrul Islam Avenue office; that I did 3 days ago on the phone no 033-25734876.
Your Nazrul Islam Avenue office then recognized those special Consignment Reference Nos and confirmed me that they are holding these consignments with them and assured me to deliver the same to the following mentioned Consignee address the next day but even after passing of 3 more days from then, they did not deliver so. I have then tried to call all three phone numbers 033-25734876/25734875/25736570 of said kolkata office of your company near Kolkata Airport but none received my calls.
