The Shipment:
I had my 1st shipment done from Gati recently. Though they got my stuff delivered(which is their primary job) but I had a bag’s zip wasted when it was delivered. I did not find anything missing from my shipped goods but since the bag’s Zip was open and damaged beyond repair so, had untrusting feelings.
Booking for the delivery:
One more irritant was, the timing of delivery. I called their centralized, call centre(the toll free number) and booked my package that was to be shipped. But the staff did not come to pick up the package same day. after following up through 2 days, I came to know tha the local Gati Branch had no idea about the package pickup place, timing or date. Now I had to pursue the local Gati Branch to get the shipment done.
The package’s arrival:
It arrived around 2 days late.
Cost of delivery: economical
Note: Any one planning to have Gati deliver their goods then please have 1-5 days in hand for the transit and have the goods packaged properly so that you are not disappointed when it reaches you.
