I had a shipment to receive but not delivered on the delivery date without proper reason.
The same continued for 3 more days with reason “ undelivered due to delay on road”.
The driver number received from the customer care was not even having incoming services and there is no alternative communication channel to enquire the proper reason.
I felt they have not even attempted to deliver for 3 days and just made the shipment status as “out for delivery” and then by end of the day they change the status to “undelivered with road delay”.
