Very very bad service and just the wastage of time

Really very bad service and customer care also didn’t treat good. I ordered a LG Split AC from infibeam.com and was shipped by the GATI and docket id: "537655176". The product was shipped by 26th May 2015 and comitted to delivered 7-8 days. That means it need to be delivered by 6th June 2015 but it was delivered on 12th June 2015. Moreover, there tracking system also shows fake info and they update all the tracking info on one day.


I called customer care and they talk me in such a rood manner that they doesn’t care about customers and every time they have incorrect information and same tag line will be delivered within 2 days. Please never ever use GATI as they are just wastage of time and loss of product. Thanks!
