I think this courier is not as fast as shown in their name ’GATI’. Its very lazy courier service. I ordered a printer through Paytm Mall on 11th july, 2017. Order id was 3025467816. They shipped it through Gati Courier service. Paytm assured me to deliver within 10 days. But the courier was delivered the printer on 29th july It takes almost 18 days to deliver me the printer. What a lazy service that was.Then I complained to Paytm. Paytm assured me that it will not to happen in next time. I also try to contact with Gati courier but it was busy every time. That’s why I think its not a customer friendly courier service.
