I did online shopping. They dispatched my item through this useless courier company. As per website the it was booked on 1st of June 2014 and assured delivery date was 3rd of June 2014. I registered the complaint on 4th of June 2014 on non delivery. The customer care executive called me on 6th of June that I’ll get the delivery same day. But till the date I have not received delivery and no response from customer care. Total useless courier. Worst!
