THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

This Company GATI was used while sending a machine to us from Delhi to Cochin. And we sent the the same on to Calicut as the machine weighed 500 kg .

These #@$## broke the machine and our customer refused to accept the same and sent it back . The guy in GATI lied saying he will aishwaryasingh23 us in claim and asked us to aishwaryasingh23 him Rs 6500.00 to retrieve the machine.Now they are not aishwaryasingh23ing us back after we spent more than 20 k repairing the damage THEY caused

. We will take legal action for sure . but by the looks of this page I think they have good experience facing irate customers
