Gati damaging goods

We chose Gati to transfer "bajaj spirit" from Nagpur to Mumbai with  door to door pickup. They made us sign a letter saying that they are not responsible for any damages to vehicle and assured us that this is as per company policy and there will not be any damages. In case something is damaged they will give us letter and the same can be claimed from insurance.


We were shocked to received spirit  with its speedometer entirely damaged and moved inside the handle  and with many scratches on the body  .The delivery person told that he received in this condition only and he doesn’t know what has happened. The customer care is also not taking any responsibility,  I would suggest "never go for GATI", take some holidays and transfer things yourself or better through some other agent
