Quite amazed that in todays world which breathes on servicing.we have reputed(not anymore for me) brand like Gati fleecing the customer.
I sent 2 cartons thru Gati courier on 24th May from Dhanbad to Banglore. 1 was received after 8 days in damaged condition and the other one is still untraceable. Misplacing the carton was done with Gati(read speed) but revert on it and attempts to solve it has no Gati.
Why should a customer run from pillar to post to get the update. There seems to be no ownership or urgency from the company.
Ive lost my trust on the brand. Hope they are able to solve the bigMisplacement mystery and give me my parcel.
