Hi,
I often buy things from Gearbest.com and they use Gati as one of the preferred courier service to import items from China or Hongkong.
The reason why they use is primarily of cheaper cost.I have faced issues with them multiple times when I gave home address like:
Scenario1: They wont call our mobile number and falsely enter consignee or customer not available and keep the item in warehouse. We will be surprised to know when did that happen?
Scenario 2: If there is a delay or technical issues they will mention the same above reason than truth for delay.
They wont ever callback to us, unless we go to their warehouse and pick the item ourselves. Even escalating to their customer support or superiors are useless, they wont even respond to our emails on time.
You had no idea I had to travel around 20kms to their warehouse to collect my package. So I gave my office address, they are sending the parcels without mentioning customer not available.
Pro:
.Cheap cost
.International courier service
Cons:
.Irrelevant tracking information entered
.Bad support
.Even support will suggest to pickup from warehouse
.Delay in delivering items
Area of improvement:
.Please improve your support quality
.Please deliver on time as promised, even if you can't deliver its ok mention the truth than false information
