Consignment not delivered

The company has not delivered the consignment which I booked through shop clue. The docket no. Is 555200723. This parcel is still laying at Delhi while it is to be delivered on 01.06/to patna.  It makes false promise n wrong data updated on website. The company representative are not cordial.


Very bad impression in my mind about the company.
