response from customer service was unbelievable, " Sir you will receive your parcel on tuesday", I asked them reason and referred to call which I did before to them their response was " sir I m sorry, u will receive your product on tuesday" and call was cutted by them.
There guys claim to provide 100 percent satisfaction for customers, but in fact you are the worst logistic company in the market, you dont have minimum common sense to communicate the delay in delivery to customer in any form? with such pathetic customer notifications, I would say that you are unfit for this job of delivering haleem, give up.
