I need status of my complain. Docket no is - 419799620. Its been 10 days more than the expected delivery date and I am told that one parcel is missing.
Miss Abha is looking into the complain and after 10 days I am being told the same thing as was told 10 days back.
Also I am not getting proper reply on customer care mails, many of the mails are not even replied and on replied one’s its just said we are looking into the issue and no further status.
Please let me know what is happening and have it delivered soon as I am facing lot of issues because of undelivered stuff.
