Gatikwe- unparalled winner- worst customer service

One of the worst experiences with GATI KWE.


Please think twice before relying on GATI if you have something IMPORTANT/URGENT to send!  Better pay more somewhere else and send because these people will SURELY DUPE you & you’ll be the VICTIM at the end of the day.

Subject: Complaint of Failure of Assured Delivery of SX consignment vide docket# 420113903 and harassment thereof.


Dear Mr. Rao,


With high displeasure and deep concern on subject I wish to lodge my gross dissatisfaction over failure of the assured delivery shipment of my consignment from Udaipur to Ahmadabad vide docket number 420113903(copy attached).


Following to say:


· Pickup request was made on 10th July with high emphasis for ASSURED DELIVERY ON 12TH JULY F/N.(as time was a major factor here to resolve issue of consignment from receiver’s side and user(sender, who flew from Hyderabad to Ahmadabad having limited time to discuss the technical problems at receiver’s service station)


· The consignment had already reached to Ahmadabad on 11th July 22:16 hours.


· Whereas, it could not reach from offload point to delivery point in the same city for GROSS NEGLIGENCY AND FAILURE OF SUPPLY SERVICES.


· On hearing from my son, I tracked through Udaipur GATI [ 11:05, 11:18, 11:39, 11:43, 11:58, 12:17, 16:23, 16:33- cell # 8003191765 - collection agent Mr.Paliwal and 11:37, 16:17, 16:20, 16:35 cell # 8003191706 - Sales Mgr Mr. Saurabh separate and conference calls both] just to get an update that “due to heavy rains and natural calamity” the said consignment is blocked in delivery vehicles on its way that is submerged on road as they acclaimed being briefed. GATI may not know their employee can play with meteorological report just to baffle the customer(?) I got confirmation from Ahmadabad for not having such rains.


· Meanwhile, after taking contact numbers of Ahmadabad GATI Supply department cell Numbers- 7600061469 [ 11:37, 16:17, 16:20, 16:35] and 7600061470 [11:27, 11:34, 16:19] the undersigned tried to find out the real cause of delaying but efforts were in vain, either the phone un attended or to listen an answer we are not responsible for delay.


· On customer care toll free complaint also the delay was lodged when there was lot of time to deliver before the closing hours of MANAN Bajaj, Please refer Compliant number 113135779 lodged at 12:09 Attn: Shoab Khan, later I followed up to for update at 14:29 and 16:20 hours, - just to listen that I will get update in next 24 hours(?) RIDICULOUS. IS THIS THE STATE OF “TIME VALUED” SERVICES OFFERED BY GATI?


· Through my personnel resources I could get your number 7600061401 and tried four times until I spoke to you for more than 11 minutes @ 17:15 hrs to brief you happenings. Your words gave me a bit chill when you said let me try to resolve.


· And, finally. You gave up telling that this consignment will be delivered only on MONDAY the 14th July as you spoke to receiver MANAN Bajaj and my son.


All the above happenings clearly state the lack of communication, negligence towards commitment and gross mis-management in supply/delivery services that tantamount to IRRESPONSIBLE of your services. You may please investigate the details of every call, as nobody can hide the fact in this world of communication. BUT A FACT CAME OUT at the end of day that around GATI FAILED to deliver SX consignment covering 21km distance from Changodar to CG Road.


And very cleverly you immediately changed the status of Assured Delivery Time from 12th to 14th July @ 17:48 , justifying your reason “Customer Request another Delivery date” which is an absolute Lie.


This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Time is essence and you failed abiding customer’s valuable time. I never heard of such negligence in GATI over past two decades of my business relations in other zones. Is this the way Mahendra Agrawal envisioned his ISPL?


I, therefore, now request you to pass on this matter to your higher up or the company VP to look into the matter and PAY BACK my shipment charges along with a compensation that caused me mental distress and agony.
