I have ordered an item from Paytm(goodlife) bearing order no 4490636158 and the item was despatch by GATI courier service(AWB NO-520330256).
it got cancelled and the item being send back to the sender due to the fault of GATI courier service, whose agent in Jamnagar had no courtesy to call me and inform about the courier and simply wrote the comment "INCOMPLETE ADDRESS- NOT FOUND" and return the item to the sender. Which had never happen to my given address, when Amazon, flipkart, jabong, myntra etc can deliver to my address then why not PayTM.
I have contacted the GATE website and raise an complaint regarding non receipt of the item on 29 Jan 18 through Mr Nikhil, customer chain solutions.(complaint no-33147811). as the website shows the item received in Jamnagar as on 26 Jan 18.
I spoke to Mr Kuldeep(9821795170) at Gati branch office, Jamnagar on 01 Feb 18 regarding the(AWB NO-520330256). he told me that he will call me back but he never called me.then on 02 Feb 18 I was told on Gati website by Miss Madhuri/Shubhangi- customer chain solutions that the item had been send back to the sender.
I would request everyone to be very careful to use Gati courier service specially the one in Jamnagar city.
