I had a parcel I’d no 568314658 to be delivered on 26th of December 2019. I had registered for thier sms delivery intimation service and they have my phone number too. They had not sent any sms or called me to inform delivery is planned , I was at home all through out at home on26th as I had taken off . At 6 pm I set a call automated voice call saying delivery was attempted and could not be delivered as customer was not there . I was really angry checked with our security in the building checked cc tv footage and no indication of any of them coming .. I write an e mail after chatting with online customer service( even there the person chatting did not hold any concern or sincerity ) I will post the transcript for you to see . I got a reply on 27 th morning saying it will be delivered on 27th .. I had taken work from home on 27th the whole day and no delivery made .. today ( 28th ) again I was at home as I thought it might get delivered today . No sms no phone call etc nothing on delivery guy trying to make a delivery no symptoms .. again I get a call from gati automated voice call , say delivery was attempted and customer not avilable .. I really got wild and again checked with security and cctv footage .. no symptoms of any delivery guy coming .. I cannot digest this unprofessional method or I am not sure it’s thier culture of blaming the customer for their inefficient services .. leave the loss of time in the delay of the consignment .. I call up the call centre .. the person say very cool you need to wait and no sincerity in resolving the issue again taking time for delivery ...
In this age of amazon or Zomato or any other fulfilment agent using communication to remove inefficiency .. here is a company GATIusing it forbreeding inefficiency and thier people at every stage call enter or chat are delivery guy so insensitive and unprofessional
