Yes, am talking about Mr dharmendra in Jaipur Moti dungri. We have arranged for pickup and continuously followed up for 15 days. The amazon thing about Gati is they have promised pickup every time for the same day.
We even had a conference call between Highest authority and pickup team of Gati. Mr dharmendra is so rude and does not even care about any gati authority, he even cuts the call of Gati supervisors and abuse them and customers also.
And gati is so hapless, that they can’t even handle him, request him, after all it’s Gati’s reputation which is at stake.
I even had one more experience when gati delivery boys, was shouting at me since he was alone and could not deliver the items on my door because it was heavy. I have made a crime in booking the heavy item and paying upfront to Gati. As a curtsy, I have requested my security person of apartment to help him out since I wasn’t at home, now the funniest thing is these gati guy asked me to pay 800 Rs to security person, who was deployed by me to help him out. He was demanding he was ordering us to pay money to my help, because he did not have any one with him.
Gati is run by few goons, and their customer care have no idea how to deal with such goons and local boys. They even always add some handling charges which is not as per the gati policy.
