This Has Happened to me. I wanted to Shift my Goods from Noida to Mumbai(Thane). I booked my Goods to Gati Movers and Packers Owned by Navneet Bhatnagar. They gave me quotation of 11K but after taking my Goods Demanded 20K. I was contacted by Basant from who said if u won’t aishwaryasingh23 u will have to give storage charge per day. They started behaving like local goons so I had no choice to get my things safe. They didn’t deliver it for 48 Days.I kept following with Basant, Chirag, Ashu Bhatnagar( All the People from Gati somehow I mAnasultanged to get Contact No.s) I kept on requesting.After 48 days they asked me to collect from a godown in Panvel which is 50 km from my Home.
I had to arrange a Truck and manpower. I collected my Goods from there but I found that my beds Were Damaged, Clothe bag was missing, Crockeries were Broken, they Stole my LED TV. When I called them back on TV they said we don’t know where it is. When I shouted they said tu mere ghar de k aaya tha Kya? They started ignoring my Calls and when I called continuously they tried to Threaten me that I will show you what I am? Even after 2 months, I Didn’t get my TV.
PS- There are Many Local vendors like Gati, DTDC, and some other Movers and packers. there are many local Movers and packers with name Gati itself when you search on Google. After some investigation, I found out that they all are same. Whenever I tried to contact them they gave me fake nos Where I should Call and I found that they all are from different Movers and packers who all are one group but claims to be different.
Navneet Bhatnagar/Ashu Bhatnagar/ Basant Singh they all are frauds. Even If someone tells that they are not from that Gati and they have GST No. and all then too don’t Get in their trap. When you search Details of their GST No. on Google then you will find out that Type of business-NA, It means they are fraud.
They may give you cheaper rates but they are local goons who will steal your valuables and later Threaten you. They have a link with Some high Profile corrupt Police officers on the basis of which they try to threaten that Tu mera Kuch nahi Bigad sakta. So it’s better to go with authorized Movers and packers even if they Charge a little high to secure your Goods.
