They steal your stuff, load your stuff in their truck, take it to their custody and then blackmail you for your own stuff for money and ask for more payment than actually promised and settled. They gave me a discount of Rs 2000 and made a receipt to deliver my stuff and then blackmailed me to transfer more money in their account to get my stuff delivered at the right location. I had no other option than to transfer the money in their account as it was urgent for me i was shifted and there was a function at my place for which i needed my stuff. I didn’t want to indulge myself into hassle of filing a complaint as I eagerly needed my stuff and when the truck arrived i found half of my items were missing. So my utensils my daily use products and much more. I have had the worst experience with them.
Please don’t get misused in the name of transport services, book some renowned agency. It’s good to pay a little more at the starting than suffering a big loss later
